Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about colour, size, or anything else – we’re always happy to help to make sure you choose the perfect item.

If an item arrives with you damaged (or if we’ve made a mistake and sent an incorrect item), please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask you to send photos and return the items to us via a trackable service. When we have received the items, we will refund your postage costs and send a replacement.
